Adventure and passion for good coffee, are experienced throughout the year at the Casa Bartolo interpretive center. You will be able to enjoy a sowing with sustainable practices, the beautiful flora, its collection and the beneficiation, in an ecological way. With more than 25 years of experience and authority in the coffee industry, Mr. Pedro Bengochea offers tours of the interpretive trails. There, you can appreciate its Arabica coffee plantations of many varieties. You can also appreciate the biodiversity, fauna and crops under shade in a copious forest with endemic trees such as: magas, capá prieto, hat palms and others. Further, you will also find crops of: vanilla, cocoa and minor fruits. You will be able to experience a replica of a coffee estate, where the roasting, grinding and packaging process of its special coffee, Castañer Supremo, is shown.
